Hi!

I wanted to write a letter to say how impressed I was with the standard of customer service provided by one of your shop assistants in Hanley/Potteries Centre.

I was recommended to visit as I informed you were a Ted Baker supplier. I had ordered a watch from debenhams only to arrive to find they had put the wrong one to one side and the one I wanted didnt exist!! They were so unhelpful-didnt even care to recommend an alternative. Thats how I found myself in your shop. I explained the situation and the gentleman couldnt do enough to help! He searched many websites looking for it including the debenhams website which I found brave as if i got the code for it, I easily could just return to debenhams to re-order it. He even called Ted Baker to find out more about it only to find it has been discontinued.
Both shop assistants (one had been on her lunch break previously) then took time to recommend alternative watches and mentioned other possible retailers who might have old stock. Unfortunately they were too helpful as I found the watch of my dreams in another shop but had you stocked Rotary, I would have purchased it from you

I wanted to make you aware what a good team you have in Hanley. I havent stopped telling people how helpful they were and how rubbish debenhams were!!!!

After asking many jewellers if they could repair the metal strap on my old Longines watch, I was told no and no alternative was not available.
