 The WATCH Lab is delighted to receive repairs by post, however we do request that in the first instance the Repair Enquiry Form below is filled out and emailed to us.
The simple form requests some basic and necessary information such as the watch age, type, condition and its perceived problem. We will email you to confirm receipt of your enquiry, and then contact you again by phone discuss your enquiry as soon as we are able. We believe our customers need ‘peace-of-mind’ by talking to us first rather than just posting their watch off to ‘a company on the net’
