Warranty
We offer a 2 Year Warranty on all our repairs and battery reseal. If you have a problem or just want some information about your timepiece you can use our contact form HERE. We usually reply straight away but in busy periods it can take up to 24 hours for you to receive a reply.
Posting Your Item
Once we receive your order we will send you an email within 24 hours to say we have received your order and that we have posted out a pre paid Royal Mail box for you to send your timepiece to us. Once we receive your watch we will replace the battery and reseal the case. Your watch will then be sent back to you via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping.
Valet and Polish
As an additional service you can add a valet and polish to your battery and reseal. This service includes ultrasonic cleaning on your watch, called a mini-valet, cleaning and sanitising your watch by removing dirt, grease and oxidisation, we also polish the case and bracelet.
